This training focuses on the real goal of performance reviews and what it is not supposed to be. It is not to get the employee to think as the boss thinks, operate as the boss operates, change in ways that make the boss’s life easier, or re-create the employee to be a clone of the boss. The training focuses simply on how the Performance Management System can improve the bottom line of the company! It delves into the role of HR in developing and maintaining an effective performance management system, but primarily focuses on the most ignored portion of the performance management process which is Employee Feedback. Training will also address some guidelines for addressing the legal requirements of performance management.
